The staff, service and ambiance are bar-none! We recently had a small family reunion here and Carlucci knocked it out of the park! Along with coming for dinner/drinks, etc., I have planned everything from a corporate lunch, a graduation party to a funeral luncheon and they never, ever, disappoint. John, the Catering Director, is the BEST. One email or phone call to him with a few questions about an event and boom, he has the menu and pricing planned for me. I cannot say enough about Carlucci! The ambiance and atmosphere is authentic, I felt transported to an Italian town. The service is incredible, with the staff being very attentive to our allergies and checking with the kitchen to ensure we were taken care of. The quality of food was a little lacking: some of the dishes were dry but some were very tasty so I have mixed feelings. I got the chicken parmigiana which tasted zesty and cooked to perfection. Overall a great experience, I would like to come back in the future if I am in the Rosemont area.
There's nothing bad I can say about Carlucci, especially during this amazing restaurant week! Every single plate that we got was truly delicious and that's rare! My husband and I attended this dinner and we had zero complaints everything was incredible the house bread, appetizers, drinks, entrees, and especially the dessert! The service was super and fantastic and on top of everything and honestly our server was such a sweet man so thankful we had him he gave us a great experience! And the ambience is so romantic we were sat by the window at sunset and the sun just made all these photos even better! Hope this review shows--Carlucci is the place to be!
Stopped here for dinner with coworkers while in town. We had a great time. The server was very friendly. The ambiance is cute and felt authentic. For food they have great presentation and everything taste great. I personally got the tilapia dish with shrimp which I really enjoyed. For side I tried the corn soufflé which was lime a moist cornbread I enjoyed it. For starters we had a range of things that was good, such as Octopus & bruschetta
We met for Christmas drinks ~ 415 pm and had a nice time in the bar. Service was friendly and fast, everyone like the calamari & esp the happy hour app prices! You can valet as I think all the parking around it is paid. Second year in a row here & we had a good time!
The place was packed this evening so we did takeout. Not cheap but pretty good food. Nice ambiance for a dinner for two if you can get a table, reservation in advance are suggested. The bill for two dinners was over $140 without drinks. We did not order dessert but they do have some. The parking is valet but I'm sure you can also park it yourself in the very large lot where the restaurant and the hotel is located. We will definitely go back.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this delicious Italian steakhouse located outside Chicago near the airport. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was captivated by the elegant ambiance and the aroma of sizzling steaks that filled the air. The service was impeccable. The staff members were attentive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the menu. We ordered the calamari, Italian sausages and procuitto and melon. , let's talk about the star of the show--the food. The culinary journey's star was the calamari, perfectly seasoned and tender, was a delightful start to the meal. Next, it was time for the main event--steak! Oh, the steaks! Cooked to absolute perfection, each bite was a revelation of succulent flavors. I ordered the filet for my main snd was not disappointed! I had mine with asparagus, foregoing the potato This was a work trip dinner, so, I did not chose the wine, however, we had a superb barolo, that was perfect with my steak. I had a very simple lemon sorbetto to end my meal...while I watched my colleagues indulge in cheesecake and tiramisu. I might return, but, keep in mind, this is pretty standard Italian mid west food...no fusion or anything crazy.
